Sensitive nipples off cycle why?!
I felt discomfort in lower chest area so I touch the nipples I feel its sensitive but I'm not on cycle ! Should I do blood work to check estradiol-testosterone -prolactin ?

How long has it been since you last cycle and what did you run?

has anything changed in your diet or are their any new medications that you are taking?

If you have not had blood work in a while, you should look into doing that. You have possibility of low t due to running prior cycles. It would be good to have that check out, if for nothing else than to check it out.
BTW, you may want to have that looked at sooner than later to avoid gyno issues (not to mention address the uncomfortable sensitivity you are having)

Yep. Blood work it is. Everything else is going to just be a guess. Could be any number of things some of which SA mentioned.
