    Methods to reduce RBC

Recent bloods show my RBC count is slightly elevated, which is weird because I haven't used the sauce yet. Doctor said its not high enough to warrant worry, but it can be in the future.
I don't want to donate blood because of the hassle of going to a center and waiting.

Any other methods to lower it? Even a little would work

The most important thing is to make sure you are hydrated.

I don't know I had mine checked and it showed mine was high and it was around the 1200 range and they said it was very high so I haven't been back to the doctor to have it checked again , I think I may but I wanted to get something for my testosterone so I didn't have buy anything illegal or anything so I wanted to do it the right way. But it looks like its not going to happen right now, so it made me kind of disappointed to because I would rather have a doctor prescribe me the stuff and monitor my testosterone levels

Personally I would rather be hassled for a couple hours and give blood than feel like crap from high rbc and risk the potential health problems that high rbc can cause... I would wait till it is high enough to warrent giving blood though

Go and donate. Do a Double RBC donation or you could do what natch is SUPPOSED to be doing and do it yourself bass has a video on how to do it.

I think a daily baby aspirin will be good for now.

Will re-consider the option of donating blood if after June's blood work the rbc count doesn't improve

I don't think baby aspirin lowers your hematocrit.
I think it stops your blood from clotting.

I do know of people(myself included - take baby aspirin daily anyways, but have heard of people that self blood let, taking baby aspirins moreso b4 the blood letting is done - don't know how effective this is), yet...

Ps... Uhit, you know about it! Lol I just realized it was you... I thought you were the first to respond lol

When u want to donate blood do I just go up to the hospital and have to draw? Is it free? I have no insurance :-/ which sucks because I'm playing with fire with no blood work. I think my RBC is a little high.

Donating whole blood takes about 45 minutes. Spare the time.

I looked up the procedure for donating blood.

They take prick your finger for a small sample to test iron, then if thats okay they let you donate. I saw some forum post about how a guy couldnt get sufficient blood out from 9 of his fingers so he got pricked 10 times lol.

Makes me think I'm gonna be a pin cushion that day.

If donating it is not the best thing to do, you should just relax, drink water and a good meal while the body readjust.

If your just getting blood drawn for labs you can train with no problem.

Agreed. Since getting blood drawn compared to donating a full bag (or 2) is tiny.

I generally take the day off or at the most some general stretching, nothing very strenuous.

Well just an update on my trip to the donation bus. I got turned down because my blood presser was lower then the machine could go. I was at 120/20 and she told me it seems even lower then that. She called in two other nurses to check it and all of them were surprised. They had never seen that before. I started getting nervous because I didn't know what that meant. I thought u may had known I was on the juice lmao (rookies thinking). Then I asked her to check my RBC, she did and it was perfect she said. Right at the perfect point to were the blood isn't to thick or thin... I'm honestly a little surprised how my RBC was perfect after a 14wk cycle of tren ,test,mast,winny,t3,clen oh and the kitchen sink bahahaha

Thought it was a typo, diastolic at 20 is impossible really.

Yeah it was three different nurses that came in and did the blood press cuff right after the machine won't read lower. They all couldn't get below 120/20 either. Then I asked the one nurse if she could so my RBC anyways. She did it and said it's perfect. Not to thick and not to thin. In was right where it needed to be. Crazy right

High RBC can lead to high blood pressure not to a diastolic value of 20!
I dont understand how can any medical staff tell you your blood pressure is 120/20, and not ask immediately for an ambulance to take you to the hospital.

They didnt want your blood for some reason and made an excuse is my best bet.

Regarding your blood pressure you should have a bp monitor at home:

I've also read that high RBC could be from sleep apnea. How would someone go about getting that diagnosed and/or treated?

There is no way possible to reduce red cells without removing them. Whole blood or double RBC.

Diagnosing sleep apnea? Have someone sleep in the same room. If they wake up on the couch in the other room, then you have apnea.

But yes, Apnea, smoking, living in elevated areas all contribute to high RBC. Anything that would deprive you of oxygen would cause excess RBC's.

LOL. Your heart would fail real fast, since diastolic pressure is crucial to perfusing the coronary arteries (among other things).
