Deca, test , d-bol cycle

been training for four years and have ran two cycles of test at 400mg a week..
I am looking to add deca and oral d-bol and was just wondering where the deca fits in my week.. ive always ran test 3-3.5 days apart.. do I introduce deca in the middle or on top of a test day?

Welcome. I am running 50mg daily of dbol with 200mg decca twice a week in the same pin as 150mg test e twice a week. You need to read up on ancillary products you need to run while on cycle and for pct. You will like this stack, I am getting strong as fuk and shaping up nicely.

I am running arimidex with no hcg .. I know it would have been easier to run both in one shot but this is how I got it .. 200mgX 2 test cypi, 200mg dec, once a week d-bol oral 30mg a day.. pct I am going with nolvadex 20mg a day.. thanks for the help

So if I am reading right your running test at 400mgs/week and deca at 200mgs/week, is that correct? If so Id suggest bumping the deca to 400. Also Id beef up the pct by adding clomid in. Also reconsider your hcg , especially with a 19nor like deca. It will make your hpta recovery much more smooth IMO.

Just a few other things you should run your test 1-2 wks longer than the deca it gives you more time for the compound to clear also your pct run a extra wk
Clomid 75,50,50,50,50
Nolva 40,20,20,20,20
And get a DA on hand caber/prami
Did you get pre cycle bloods ?? Are you going to get blood work while your on cycle this is the only way to get your AI at the right dose for each cycle and you will know if you need to use a DA as you don't really want to be using them if there is no need very strong drugs.
