Hey, signed up specifically to ask a few questions about this. I've been reading into this and really can't find much more than basic information.
If clen is giving a boost of 10% for your total metabolism and with exercise you are burning nearly 2500-2800 calories a day, the total boost is pretty insignificant compared to the rest of your exercise and diet regimen.
Why do people post absurd numbers (5 pounds+ of weight loss) when the math just doesn't make sense? For example, I am expecting perhaps a pound at most of additional loss.
