I posted a few weeks ago on this forum I was going to start a tren ace test prop cycle but an injury popped up and my diet and training came to a bit of a road block. Now im injury free and ready have lost a bit of weight due to training being put on the back burner in order to recover.
Cycle history: 10 week Cutting cycle test prop 100mg eod. 12 week bulking cycle test e 500mg/week (gear was fake)
Nutrition: 1.5 Grams protein per LB BW / .4 Grams fat per LB BW / fill in rest of cals with carbs
- will sit at 300 calorie surplus if I bulk (hoping to shred fat as well )
Training: fasted cardio Mon - Fri
Mon - Chest - Tri's - calves
Tue - Back - Bi's - Forearms
Wed - Legs
Thur - Shoulders - Traps - calves
Fri - Arms - forearms
Sat - Legs (am) Chest or back or shoulders (pm) will rotate the three each Saturday.
sunday - active rest day.
Goals: Relaxed abs, oblique's showing, gain 3-5 Kilograms of muscle
Proposed Cycle:
Weeks 1 - 9 Tren ace 100mg EOD injections ( I will be rotating left glute - right glute with tren and prop )
Weeks 1 - 10 Test prop 70mg EOD injections
weeks 1 - 10 .25mg arimidex eod
pct 3 days after last test prop pin
clomid 75/75/50/50
nolva 40/40/20/20
