    Pictures + bloods + stats inside. Overcome injury am i ready to lean bulk?

    pictures from this morning straight out of bed no food no pump nothing.

    I posted a few weeks ago on this forum I was going to start a tren ace test prop cycle but an injury popped up and my diet and training came to a bit of a road block. Now im injury free and ready have lost a bit of weight due to training being put on the back burner in order to recover.

    Cycle history: 10 week Cutting cycle test prop 100mg eod. 12 week bulking cycle test e 500mg/week (gear was fake)

    Nutrition: 1.5 Grams protein per LB BW / .4 Grams fat per LB BW / fill in rest of cals with carbs
    - will sit at 300 calorie surplus if I bulk (hoping to shred fat as well )

    Training: fasted cardio Mon - Fri
    Mon - Chest - Tri's - calves
    Tue - Back - Bi's - Forearms
    Wed - Legs
    Thur - Shoulders - Traps - calves
    Fri - Arms - forearms
    Sat - Legs (am) Chest or back or shoulders (pm) will rotate the three each Saturday.
    sunday - active rest day.

    Goals: Relaxed abs, oblique's showing, gain 3-5 Kilograms of muscle

    Proposed Cycle:

    Weeks 1 - 9 Tren ace 100mg EOD injections ( I will be rotating left glute - right glute with tren and prop )
    Weeks 1 - 10 Test prop 70mg EOD injections
    weeks 1 - 10 .25mg arimidex eod

    pct 3 days after last test prop pin

    clomid 75/75/50/50
    nolva 40/40/20/20

    You need more sites to pin if your running prop(EOD at least 4 ed at least 6)

    AI/HCG /DA????

    my last cutting cycle with prop I rotated between left and right glute and had no issues? ive never done any other sites so bit nervous that's all to be honest haha, between the delts and thighs what would you say is easier ?

    yes im using arimidex , not using hcg or caber/prami. Ive never used hcg nor can I access it where I live. as for caber or prami I will be keeping my estrogen levels in check with bloodwork and arimidex so my prolactin levels shouldn't become a danger if I keep my estrogen at bay.

    At least have Prami/caber on hand b4 you start! Then w/mid cycle BW you can make neccessary adjustments(AI,DA)!

    Why not keep your boys functioning and Itll aid in a faster/better recovery(it is the most important part - recovery)... Ar-r will ship internationally for all research purposes...

    Running prop eod w/2 sites is surely going to cause some scar tissue... I'd say delts are easier to get down(not as many nerves/veins/blood vessels) so I'd start they're if can't / upper outter thigh -7" down from hip bone(that vicinity)

    Why are you running a cutting cycle? You're lean as it is.
    HCG if at all possible.
    I'd follow Nach's advice and add a DA. Your prolactin's in range on the BW posted but it's the higher end of the range.
    When was this BW pulled relative to your last cycle? I ask as your T appears low to me. When I convert that to Ng/DL it's around 375, bottom of most ranges.
