bulk cycle ideas??

hey ive decided I want to go on a bulk cycle so im just gathering ideas and opinions on what I should run :)

stats: 80kg - (12 - 14% bf ) - 176cm tall

cycle history: test prop cutting cycle 10 weeks.

goals: add 10kg lean mass. minimal fat gain minimal water gain.

my instant thoughts would be either

10 week test prop 150mg EOD
arimidex .25mg eod
nolva - 40/40/20/20
clomid - 50/50/25/25


12 week ( maybe longer??) test E
500mg/week split into two shots a week.
arimidex .25mg eod
nolva - 40/40/20/20
clomid - 50/50/25/25

any one else got any good ideas for a decent lean gains bulk cycle? I don't have much knowledge of orals im still studying about them, definetly would consider using one though they seem to help with results lot in bulk cycles.

10kgs of muscle in one cycle is not realistic, its a good cycle if you get 3-4kgs of lean mass.

Prop is harder cause of pinning frequency and pip.

You should add HCG during cycle to retain some testicular activity.

The clomid in the PCT is a bit low, does it work good for you like that?
