    Pip

    I heard grape seed oil can reduce pip. Is this a good idea or should I try something else?

    Yes GSO will reduce PIP, have you tried heating your oils w/a heating pad/or in hot water(don't put water over top of vial) this often helps

    How long are you taking to inject? If under 60s per ml then try that as well b4 hand, it could be the BA if those don't work

    Yes.... .22 is what you want to use. Even if it's pharm grade GSO, CSO.....still a good idea to filter .....and obviously if it's off the supermarket shelf, but you knew that lol!

    This is my first go with Test Prop 200mg/ml. I have used 100mg/ml in the past but this is all my source had and it is definately more painful.

    Can somebody please tell me what PIP stands for? I looked in the educational threads and definitions section and can't find it. I assume it has something to do with pain in the injection site but I'd like to know exactly what each letter in PIP stands for because I'm knew to this site and I'm trying to learn as much as possible. Wish I found this site 10 yrs ago. Thanks.

    Rare to see some 200mg/ml prop! I'd love it lol...

    Idk why - but I don't get PIP from prop(never really have) lucky - b/c I know some who say it's just debilitating for them.... Funny thing is test e gives me more pip than prop lol - maybe b/c I'm not used to it as much - or the concentration b/c my prop I run is 100-150mg/ml but haven't used 200mg/ml YET! Haha
