Blasting and Crusing done wrong?
I've been on Trt for 2 years now, the majority of the time i've been around my prescribed 200 mg a week dose. i've done 4 8 week blasts during that time of a gram of test E only without any additional compounds. I told a top powerlifter what i was doing and he basically told me it's a complete waste of time. he said since test is so slow acting by the time i start to get good gains i stop the blast and go back trt and basically spin my wheels. would you say he's right that a 8 week test blast without additional faster acting compounds is basically a waste of time?

Prob not a waste of time but you should run test e for 12 weeks

makes sense because i normally start making really good progress around week 3 so i only get 5 solid weeks of gains vs 9 if i did 12 weeks

If you are going to blast for 8 weeks then use test P instead of test C or test E.

Your blasting a gram a week, shouldn't take long for that to keep in....why not just add short esters to your trt try one at time and see what you like.results will be much faster and can be dropped just as fast

Agreed - if blasting for a short period short Esters are definitely a go! Prop - I wouldn't think you'd need a G a wk either ... Try 750mgs(that's a lot of prop too but since fast acting at a high dose monitor your BP!

I cruise with Test Cyp. When I want to blast I use Test Prop on top of the Test Cyp cruise so the blast is added by Test Prop.
