BF at 16% is the max you want when beginning a cycle because the more body fat one has the more aromatase enzymes they have which will in turn make controlling estrogen more difficult. Lastly, 3 years of training experience is not enough to build a solid base of ligaments and tendons. Strength and muscle growth can occur so rapidly when on AAS that if your connective tissue isn't strong enough you can easily have a tear. I think you should train natty for a few more years and concentrate on diet.
