    Finally Ready! Test E cycle!!! Please Critique

    Hello everyone,

    I have been debating on taking "AAS" or staying "natty". I have chosen the road of trying a cycle of Test-E. At first it was going to be Test-E alongside with Tren-E I have chosen to drop the tren and stick with a test cycle. I acquired the "AAS" through a friend I met at the gym who has previously ran some cycles of steroids and competed. I just want to make sure I have everything I need and am ready to take the next step on this journey.

    Here is what I have.

    Cycle- Test E 250mg Every 3 days.
    ran with Arimidex. (still not sure how much I should be doing EOD, if anyone could shed some light that would be great)

    Will be running Test-E for roughly around 16 weeks.? (opinion on this??)

    PCT-
    HCG (still need to Activate)
    Aromasin.
    Clomid or Nolvadex( still need to acquire as he ran out when he gave me the stuff already listed)


    Opinions/Advice?

    Please answer these questions. Age? Height? Weight? Body Fat Percentage? Training history?

    Age-24
    Height-6'0
    Weight-168lbs
    bf percentage (rough estimate) 16%
    Training History- 3 years. (started off at 295 lbs)

    Between your age, height/weight, and training experience you're really boarder line with cycling safely. Your body and HTP axis doesn't finish developing until you're in your mid 20s. This can make regaining natural test production difficult post cycle, and can also lead to hormonal issues when you are older. At 6'0'' 168 you have a lot of room to grow naturally with the rite diet and training. BF at 16% is the max you want when beginning a cycle because the more body fat one has the more aromatase enzymes they have which will in turn make controlling estrogen more difficult. Lastly, 3 years of training experience is not enough to build a solid base of ligaments and tendons. Strength and muscle growth can occur so rapidly when on AAS that if your connective tissue isn't strong enough you can easily have a tear. I think you should train natty for a few more years and concentrate on diet.

    Is this your first cycle? Your a little light for 6 ft tall that would suggest you have a lot of room to grow natural. This would be better. I would be more inclined to work out and build yourself up. Before running a cycle.

    first injectable cycle. I have ben on a oral cycle of tren and halodren. (pros)

    When did you do an oral only cycle of MT and halo? Have you had blood work?

    i would suggest you do some more research. hcg should be used during cycle to help you recover post cycle. also run clom and nolva together for pct. sounds like you can def put on a lot more mass naturally and id suggest you do that first. you said you have been training for 3 years. is this consistently or on and off? most would say to have at least 6 months to a solid year of natty training before touching a cycle. just my 2 cents good luck

    consistent. mon-Friday. the reason I really didn't gain anything was I lost all that weight. and wasn't eating to grow but to lose fat.

    as far as HCG goes. I know that allot of people say its ment for on cycle but its the same for PCT. I have heard its for both. just trying to get personal experiences and opinions.

    I really am considering and probably will run Clomid and Nolva as pct.

    No offense but you have no idea what you are doing. HcG should only be used on cycle and not during PCT because it is repressive to LH/FSH. Please give the attached thread a through read.

    that's what we are here for bro to learn. I have read it already. just was getting tired of allot of people labeling HCG as a PCT, would you have any idea as to why?

    Because they most weightlifters are uneducated. Think of how stupid the average person is, and realize half of them are stupider than that. Best of luck with your cycle.

    I think I would really work on gaining another 20 lbs naturally fist, that should not be hard.

    Nice work on loosing all the weight.
