Bridge and PCT Question. Need answer ASAP

Stats:

5'3
155Lbs
19years old
2nd cycle

Cycle:
Week 1-8 Cyp 400mg
Week 1-6 Deca 300mg
Dbol 40mg Week 1-5

I have a Novaldex 50mg tabs at hand.

I would like to ask the best PCT plan and bridging plan for this post-cycle. This is my 8th week so I would like to ask because some people reccommend that I should take noval 40mg ED for 3 weeks.

Suggestions?

I would also like to bridge my cycle with DBOL 10mg ED. Do you usually reccomend higher doses with DBOL bridging? Also, will nolva healp with the possible acne breakout? Ive been drinking vitamin e 1000iu everyday.

Get bridging out of your mind. You cannot bridge.

You are on cycle or you are not.

And yes you need a post cycle which should include Nolva at minimum.

You are 8 weeks into a cycle abnd you are just now figuring this out? You are 19 years old and already cycling, with 3 compounds I might add. And you are running deca for 6 weeks? Not trying to be offensive but you really need to spend more time researching before you run any more cycles. You clearly have no idea what you are doing.

No offense taken. But so what is this forum help all about? I did my research. I just want to have a better option on what I can do with my PCT and bridging methods. Thats all. Can you just give legit advices on what a better plan I can take rather than hate? I wanna compete as early as possible that is why I started this. and if all you can give me is shit idk what this forum is about. I took a risk taking this in an early age i know that. I know the risk and possible scenarios that can happen. This is my personal decision. I wont stop using this even tho all the hate you can give me. So I think its better to just give advice than negative thoughts. Thank you :D

I don't like spoon feeding. What do you know about post cycle? What did you do for post cycle for your first cycle? Starting young is one thing. Starting with absolutely no basic understanding is another.

First cycle I started PCT with nolva 40mg ED weeks 1-2 20mg ED 3-4 after 2 weeks of my last pin. then cycled off for about 2mos. Now I just wanted to have a better knowledge on how to do PCT and bridging. Because I heard that 10mg DBOL is enough to bridge while on PCT. I posted here because I need help I need advice. I would really appreciate anyone here to help me with my cycle because I have a dream not just to have a big ass body for to show off. Ive been training hard for 3 years since I was 15-16 yrs old but i dont really expect you guys would understand. If im too young and too noob for this tell me to **** off then i wont go to this forum anymore. If I have the knowledge why the hell would i post here I did my research but it wasnt enough i need some actual answer from first hand

The whole point of PCT is to allow your body to recover from taking AAS and to start producing its own testosterone again.
Bridging is an outdated method.
Adding in a AAS such as dbol will inhibit your PCT efforts.

All the "to young" stuff aside and hoping you don't permanently F up your HPTA.
Read the Successful First Cycle sticky at the top of this forum and follow that pct.
"Who Am I" is correct when he said you're either on cycle or you're off.
Why would you consider bridging and not restarting your HPTA?

Everyone here has dreams, but they don't happen over night. And training for 3 whole years is a drop in the bucket quite honestly. And why do you think we don't understand? You're just getting advice that you don't like. Deal with it as it's for your over-all health. If you don't want constructive criticism then yes, you should go elsewhere.

In my (very experienced) opinion you need to do a full nolva / clomid pct, wait about 8 weeks or more and get full BW to see if you return to a relative "normal." The term "relative" is used as I'm assuming you don't have any pre-cycle BW to compare it to. I'm also going to assume that since you did "some" research that you are running HCG and an AI on cycle as well, right?

When it comes to bridging, you should not even consider it at this point. Be concerned with the function of your HPTA. There's no need to throw your health out the window just to put on a few pounds that will come in time anyway. I'd also love to see a pic of how you look at your age and on your second cycle.

^^^ this - you need to let your CNS/natty test levels to return to homeostasis - Are you making a living off of your body??

Bridging is outdated and even the top pros come off! Your body needs to recover in many different areas! CNS HPTA testes T levels, by bridging like mentioned it will not let you recover(someone said it already - your on or off - unless on TRT

Plus deca and cyp for 6-8 wks it'll just be kicking full force... Come off pct then pull BW 8 wks after pct - time on + pct = time off minimum(may take longer w/some)

I took a test cycle at 20 hcg and AI and my dik doesn't even get slight bloodflow and I can't even remember what my boner used to look like (I'm not kidding). You have one life and u r so young to fuk it all up. I would give anything in the world to go bqck and not have done it but the reality is I'm sure even after pct my boners will be semis at best and my natty t and libido will never be the same. No gains will be worth the destruction to ur system
