How important is it to rotate injection sites?

hey everyone, been runnning cycles for the past 2 years or so. A question has recently come to mind, how important is it to rotate injection sites?

I mostly inject into my delts and rotate either side as i get no discomfort or bleeding. Ive been trying to include my quads into the rotation but i get a pretty intense charlie horse feeling for days after sometimes. I find it negatively affects my training and my work days so ive been avoiding it and just keeping to my delts.

Is there any problem with just rotating between my 2 shoulders, or is it important to change sites?

    Thanks in advance!

Whst are you running?? I hope it's not prop!

Rotating is very important(moreso w/more pinning - like prop eod or ed! With Cyp or ethenate then rotating between 2 inj spots(4 sites) is a good idea... It prevents scar tissue build up(and if your constantly pinning in same sites w/out giving them a break - the site will bleed regardless!

Imo I always rotate between glutes quads delts tris(I pin ed w/prop) Gonna try pecs out too...

Agreed......you want to prevent scar tissue so if your doing twice a week shots you will want 4 sites ....minimum and eod shots you want a minimum of 8. I encourage you to try to increase your injection sites as the more sites you are comfortable with the better.

Im running a test blend and tren injecting monday/thurs. Scar tissue is what i was thinking about mostly, my delts definitely have a bit of a "crunchy" feel to em when I'm pushing in and there's often 0 pain.

Going to have to man up and continue with my quads and maybe add glutes.

Yup.....no way around it. Some are better then others, just the way it goes.

I'm just finishing up my first cycle and I used six sites - delts, quads, and glutes. Would definitely recommend multiple sites to avoid the scar tissue build up. I'd like to add tri's but I have to do more research so I hit them at the right spot.

I have been using just my glutes for the past year or so. I tried quads and it hurt so I am not pinning them again, never was a fan or delts either. Can't see myself pinning chest or tri's so I am only left with glutes.

I hit em(if you flex em the meat at the top of the shue or Ya ciukd go in the long head I'd think w/all that meat)... But I've had great success in the top of the shue just make sure you relax it lol if you need mark it next to where you'd pin too so ink can't get in the opening...
