Workout with low e2?
Alright I'm recovering from e2 crash from adex. Im getting libido back. Morning and night wood. So i know e2 is rising but joints and body still feel shitty. Is it ok to still lift while body is recovering its e2? If so any recommendations on what to do ?

Sure. I lifted for years with low estrogen and aching joints, didn't injure anything.

Just take some NSAID, Advil etc.

Crazy its been 9 days since crashed e2. Been taking adex .25 e3d. Cant make it through 4 shitty sets on the bench. My shoulder joints and arms just burn like crazy after first set. Could it be possible that im just over sensative to adex. Contimplating stopping for a week then starting low dose aromisin . Is it normal to be out of commision for this long? I started to feel strong libido coming back then after taking my adex dose back to feeling anxiety, lethargic and clicking joints . Shits driving me nuts
