    sus and deca

    I have 20 ml of sus and 10 ml of deca I want to run the sus past the deca and obviously want the best results possible.
    Could anyone advise me on the best way to plan this cycle? Thanks guys

    I've not used gear for a long time so it's almost new to me again.
    I'm 29
    85kg
    6 ft
    Eat like ****. Clean food.
    Training 5/6 days a week
    Strength and hypertrophy
    With a mix of endurance at the end of sessions.

    The sus and deca from my understanding are both 300 mg per ml
    Anything else please ask.
    Want to start this cycle from tomorrow.

    What other thread? I've no idea where that is or how to find it plus I didn't have the mg per ml back then.

    I'm running 750 sus 250mg deca now. Good rule is 12 weeks deca runs with test to deca 2to1 ratio. Stop deca 2 weeks before ending sus. Use hcg and have something for estrogen and prolactin. Run pct 15 days after last sus
