Testicular Atrophy?
I am using the normal beginners cycle with 500IU HCG of course. I still have atrophy. I was under the impression HCG would stop that. Is my HCG bunk?

How often are you using the HCG , 2x a week? Its possible it may be bunk. How old is it? Was and is it kept in a refrigerator?

Hcg does not prevent atrophy, it mimics LH. Which will make the leydig cells produce test. The volume of your testicles has little to do with natural test production. You can relieve some of your anxiety by testing your hcg with a home pregnancy test from the dollar store.

HCG normally will maintain size and function but not in all cases, some still do experience atrophy.
What dose are you using and its it pharm grade HCG?

With what did you mix your hCG ?

GOOD point. Did you use the water that came with it??? If you did that's the problem or at least part of it. The water that comes with it is to mix and use ALL the hcg immediately because it go bad fast, in days. You need to buy bacteriostatic water like this.
Also you need to keep the un-mixes HCG in the refrigerator.

You have to refrigerate it after its been reconstituted or it wont last very long.
I experience some atrophy even while using hCG , but my transition into pct and recovery is quick.

The water pictured or the water that came with it? They arent the same even though they seem to say the same thing on the label more or less.
Since you didnt put it in the refrigerator it's probably bad. it only take a day or so at room temp to start to deteriorate and get weak.

Looks like Pregnyl to me so yes it's real but the water that comes with it in the box is NOT what you want to use. Get some more HCG and get some bac water but as others say you'll need to refrigerate somehow.
NO SOURCES GIVEN

You will probably need more than a drop or two. I used about a dozen or so drops last time I used this method. Like the others said you should get more hcg and bac water. The stuff you have now will probable be good for a week at room temp.

I bought extra HCG . I had a bunch sitting in my closet in powder form. It has been there a couple months. Can I reconstitute it and use that? I have bought a small fridge I will keep it in now.
Also since my other stuff wasn't kept cold have I been injecting water? I have 4 weeks left on my cycle should I start blasting some HCG for the next 6 weeks?

A proper scientific study was posted, by a very highly respected Vet, here, sometime in the last few years, that would refute this. Yes, a drop in potency, if unrefrigerated, after reconstitution, but not as much as one is led to believe, over the life of a vial, which, for most of us, is 10 weeks.

Here is what I found from a senior member on this board
hCG can be used for 90 days after reconstituting it. After 90 days, it loses approximately 10% potency per month. You can leave hCG at room temperature for about a week with negligible potency loss. No loss if it's in the early stages after mixing. After 90 days, you would simply increase dose to compensate for the 10% loss per month
