    Liver does not hurt.
The symptoms for liver damage are fatigue, nausea, vomiting, weight loss and yellow skin and yellow eyes.
If you have pain in the right side bellow ribcage is ussually gallbladder stones. If the gallbladder gets obstructed it can cause very sharp strong pain, ussually after a fatty meal.
Liver panel has all the tests necessary.

    This.
Liver inflammation (hepatitis) can cause pain on palpation, but only in advanced/severe cases. And it wouldn't be a sudden onset.

Been there, had that. Not any fun. I also went from working out 5-6 times a week for 1 1/2 hrs and a very lean buff 165 lbs to 120 lbs in a few weeks. You get deletions enough you really don't feel any pain.

The pain is Exactly in the right side of my rib. Is there blood test for the gallbladder ?! Or it should be checked by doc?

Ultrasound for the gallbladder. you could have stones. Not the same as kidney stones luckily and easier to take care of.

    ^^^^ This

Ultrasound is enough for correct diagnosis of gallstones. If doctor wants to check for calcification of the stones he need to order MRI.

I just got diagnosed with gallstones last week myself. Thought it was from accutane...
