Strength Cycle
So, I am a powerlifter. 5'8, 170. roughly 14-16% bodyfat. (can still see abs)
Plan to compete in a meet sometime next year and qualify for nationals. I'm just lookimg for some info on a good strength cycle FOR A NEWBIE at cycles. I don't want to throw in multiple compounds for the first cycle ever. I keep hearing about Anadrol 50. Anyways, PCT setup would help a little. pProbably Clomid/Nolva but I'd like a little help with the mg's of everything. Please, No negative stuff on this post. Just looking for some help guys.

The best thing is testosterone . Read the thread called planning and executing a first successful cycle. It will lay out all the important information you are looking for. Good luck!

See, I thought about that. Just a test e cycle but I keep hearing about it only adding like 5-10% on their lifts and that really is nothing.

Edit: just re-read your post and realize you said 5-10%, not 10-15%. Either way, 10% on 300 is still 30 pounds. That's a great gain. Not sure what you're expecting? AAS is not a miracle drug. Put in the work, and you'll have your strength. Good luck!

I find the problem is people read about trolls gaining 30lbs of muscle and putting 100lbs on their bench in 8 weeks.
The thing is, most of us are human and don't have troll genetics.
Once people realize that being human they may only be able to put on 8lbs of muscle in 12 weeks and maybe have their bench go up 30lbs they suddenly think those aren't impressive.
But dude... My brah did a six week anavar only cycle and put on 20lbs!!! Kept it all after cycle with no PCT.

Nah, my bench WONT go up. Literally have been stuck at 265 for months and it wont budge. have done every assistance work known to mankind and it wont budge. I do train for strength. I'm not expecting a ****ing 100 pound jump on my lifts? I'm looking for something to give me a bosst. Nothing is working anymore. Used to, not now. Really don't care for adding muscle either as that was not in my post.

Your 19? How about you rethink steroids altogether and wait until you won't do permanent damage to your body.

Didn't even see this. OP, forget about steroids for now. Read the sticky "The Young and Steroids" and you'll know why. Head over to the workout and powerlifting sections, along with the diet section. Spend your time there reading and asking questions. I guarantee that you'll break through your plateaus without AAS. Remember, it's a marathon, not a sprint.
