    First ever cycle

    Hello everybody.

I'm 21 years old 210lbs and 6"5 bf -14. Been lifting since 15. 4-5 times a week consistently. Always tried to eat clean and stay natural. Now I'm thinking about running a cycle of just testosterone to see how my body reacts.

Any advices from pros before I start?

The goal is to get bigger and finally grow some chest hair.

I doubt there are any pros here.

im not a pro but most people will recommend that you wait til youre 25 to start...

if your progress has slowed then its more than likely due to your diet or training

What about people like Arnold who started juicing when he was 18?

    They're right.

24-25 your body will be fully developed. NO, I'm not talking about growth plates. I mean your endocrine system.

Cycling at a young age means a much higher chance of destroying your Natural hormones.

The guys that started cycling young (Arnold, as you mentioned) are on trt. That means they're poking themselves twice a week, for the rest of their lives.

Was it worth it for the guys that won Olympia? Probably.

are you on track to win Olympia? No.

Will it be worth it for you? No.

Search through the forums, there are so many threads "help im 22 and can't get hard". They only ran 1 'light' cycle.

We're here to help. A lot of other places will say you can do it without harm. And there's a chance you could. But you shouldn't take that chance

What about the 1000s who started juicing at 18 and never went on to compete because of all the health issues? There are 1000 or more who fail for every 1 who succeed. I'm probably being VERY light on my estimate BTW

You really dont want to listen to draree, he is someone who wants to eliminate all of his sex drive. If you dont believe me then read some of his past post.

Op I got put on trt about 8-9 years ago for low t. I got so tired of it at one point I tried coming off for 8months. Needless to say that was twice as bad. Learn from people like me who are on 5 shots a week, 4-6 pills aday for the rest of my life just to feel like you do right this second. Also in all honesty if you can't build muscle naturally at 21. You shouldnt be taking AAS.

I remember coming around steroid forums at 20-21 looking for information about properly taking AAS and would get so frustrated and annoyed that people would just keep telling me to wait until im older instead of answering my questions. I am 26 now and running my first cycle and boy am i glad i listened to them. I am telling you for sure to wait. Keep building a solid base and use all your resources to study proper dieting and routines. It will pay off so much in the long run and youll thank yourself. down the road years from now if you are still interested my best advice is to research research research and research before even trying to find something. I thought i knew everything there was to know after hours and days of research before buying my gear. Now im wishing i would of studied way more before starting the stuff. you cant educate yourself enough.

6"6 215, ~13% bf, over 7 years of training. I know that I'm at optimal weight for my body right now and it doesn't want to get bigger. I do have an economic incentive, I play professional basketball in Europe and if I get more athletic I can get a bigger contract with a better team. With amount of cardio that we have during the season it becomes almost impossible to gain and even maintain gains that I make during off season. The reason I want to touch the juice is because my teammates and opponents seem to be naturally more athletic. Some guys have crazy athleticism and they eat like shit and drink every week. I eat clean, don't touch alcohol and still can't get to their level.

Maybe if he was 7' 6"

Looks more like about 6' 1" 150 lbs to me and the frame of a 17yr old.

OP you have no base at this point. Stop reading the adds in the back of comic books, those adds are not real even though they look like you.

First the OP needs to be honest with himself and us instead of making up stories and stats. Most of us have been here a long time and can easily see through the BS. If he wants our help or suggestions he needs to start over and be honest.

Lets start out with the stats

    Age? Hopefully over 18
    Height?
    Weight? 150 lbs or less
    body fat?
    Training? less than 1yr
Diet? Lacking big time, need to learn to eat 2x as much.

I believe you're 215. You're pretty tall. That being said, it is too skinny in my opinion. At your height, I would wait a few more years and put on another 15 to 20 lbs or so naturally.

Give this a read when you have some time: http://forums.steroid.com/anabolic-s...rst-cycle.html

Thank you man, finally someone's serious out here. Like I said I have 2-3 hrs practices 6 times a week and the season is 8 months long so gaining weight naturally is extremely difficult.

    Djgreen,

I mean maybe I'm at 15% bf, I've never actually measured it, just an estimation based on looks.
My arms reach is 6"10, my legs are very muscular, maybe that's where that weight comes from.

Me tightener and sorry for doubting but the first picture did look very different and thanks for the picture with background comparison.

Well for your height and weight you have a good solid base but as Austinite said you have a lot of room for natural growth and it would be a shame to screw that up at this point. There is nothing to gain yet using aas that cant be gained with good diet and training. Your diet and training is probably not far off and you have good genetics but you need to up the intake, calories.

That could be, especially at your height if you have muscular legs it will add a lot of weight. You have a lot of potential especially if you want to get big with your genetics I think so keep up the good work and eat more but of course clean. It wont be cheap and cost more than cycling but you wont have to worry about sides. You can cycle later after you read around 250 IMO or a little more.

What ever you do concentrate on form more than weight. It would be a shame to get injured at this point and that's another issue with using aas now is the strength gains you have a lot higher risk of damaging your tendons with heavy weights. Best of luck.
