    Test and Healing Injuries ?

    Hi Friends,

Was talking with a buddy of mine who's been lifting and doing AAS for over 30yrs (yeah...we are OLD---lol).

    Anyway, he's got way more experience than i do regarding AAS. AND he swears up and down that Test and Deca have helped him heal from different types of SURGERY. He's had surgery that addressed;

    • -torn ligaments
    • -torn muscles
    • -general joint issues
    • -etc
    .

..and he swears that deca and test have BEEN A MAJOR help to him in recovery.

I've been doing some reading, and i see that deca can help lubricate the joints, but I can't find anything that mentions it (or test) helps heal muscle or tendon injuries.

    • ANYONE HAVE EXPERIENCE with Test and Injuries?
    • Does it help promote healing of Sprains, Tears, Tendons, etc ?

I'm in pain ed from my shoulder issues, but when I ran NPP it felt much better(so I'm also going w/test/deca in near future) and it did strengthen the rear delt a lil - but still struggle w/pain ed) just something that I have to deal with

FYI - I've read that a high dose of deca can actually dry your joints out(150-250) us good for lubricating the joint - I did run NPP at a higher dose and backloaded winny and wasn't to bad

Sounds to me like your friend experienced the placebo effect. If test did help repair connective tissue then doctors would use it for treatment.

It seems more likely that the operations your friend had fixed his ligament/tendon issues, and the compounds he took increased the healing of his soft tissue.

Not sure...but i think i read that Anavar is prescribed for BURN victims. Its supposed to build skin tissue----which leads one to believe that it MIGHT also help with Tendons, Tears and Sprains.

Our bodies are comprised of many different types of cells. Connective tissue is made up of fibroblasts. Fibroblasts excrete collagen, elastin or fibronectin fibres. Fibroblasts are also located in our skin. Research has shown that some AAS can enhance collagen production in dermal (skin) fibroblasts but not in synovial (between joint) fibroblast cultures. The reason for this irregularity is not currently known.

Stimulation of Collagen Synthesis by the Anabolic Steroid Stanozolol

The effect of the anabolic steroid, stanozolol, on the production of procollagenase by human synovial and skin fibroblastsin vitro

I agree that AAS can help alleviate pain. Anything that has the ability to increase dopamine can reduce pain.
