I am 36 years old, 6 ft. 225 lbs. I am unaware of my body fat % but when I have my blood work run I will know more. I have cycled a few times with pro-hormones that are considered low quality by experts on this site. I would consider myself a novice lifter but I am dedicated and generally workout 6 days a week and most of those days are twice a day. My strength goal as of now is to be reppin out with 315lbs. bench for 12-15 reps for 3 sets. I am making progress on every thing else but my bench now. My progress has really stalled on this lift on my strength progression. I am expecting 20lbs of mass on this cycle if it is legit. I am using the template from the sticky for first cycle. I am not certain of how good the supplements I plan on using are and I guess I will not know for certain until my blood work mid-cycle is ran. The source in question has good reviews but I guess only time will tell. I will put in the work and time I just need an edge to help me reach my current destination.
