I just got Gyno without having ever ran a cycle?

I'm turning 20 in a few months and I noticed 3 weeks ago that I have a lump in my right nipple. My nipple never got itchy, puffy, sensitive, or sore. I never had this when I went through puberty, I never ran any prohormones or any steroids. My body fat is 11% so I have no idea how this spontaneously arises.

I went to the doctor today, they did some tests, results should be in tomorrow but they said it's not a tumor.


Worst case, if it turns out to be gyno, should I run letrozole for a few weeks and then nolvadex to prevent an estrogen rebound to try to get rid of it? I know my sex drive will be shot but i'm not sure what else to do.

Also, for someone with pre-disposed gyno, is aromasin a better choice on cycle than arimidex? (Just wondering, wanted to cycle in a year or two but now I don't know if that's going to happen )

Before you assume it's gyno go get checked out. Get an accurate diagnosis.

yea you should get it checked out man there is a chance it could be breast cancer not common in men but it happens

I had a mammogram and ultrasound done today and they said it was nothing unusual, no tumor. They're going to call back tomorrow with the results. Hopefully the tests checked for gyno as well.

If it does turn out to be gyno you might be able to reverse it with Rolaxifene, don't use letro.

agree with this. SERMs for gyno reversal not AI.

Wait and see what the docs say they will/should do a FNA biopsy or a core biopsy as they will need to find out what it is. If it is gyno they might help you if not and you are ok i would use nolva
40mg a day for the first wk then 20mg a day till it's gone depending on how long you have had it and size it could take a few months to clear it up good luck.

Gotcha, yeah they called and said the tests were negative for a tumor and they told em to call my doc tomorrow. I'm guessing a biopsy is up next to see what kind of tissue is growing under there. They said that it's either a breast nodule or gyno.

I read on some boards before that nolva does nothing to reverse gyno. (of course I'd rather take that than letro if possible, letro without testosterone would probably suck.)
