    recommend me something

    I am 18, 174cm, 74kgs, 16-17% bf. I have been dieting for 2-3 months with a very small deficit and I have lost 2 kgs so far but my strength increased slightly on some exercises. I am always very sweaty when I work out, so sweaty that I leave a wet spot on everything I touch. Despite my sleep is good and I don't go low carb, I kept oatmeal, fruits and veggies I crushed 4 days ago. Chest day and back day were a mess, my strength was down by 30-40% and my motivation was 0. I took a rest day yesterday and today was the same. I got really mad and I just ate about 2000 cals of sweets.

    My diet:
    5 eggs boiled + 1 tomato
    half chicken breast or beef with salad and mushrooms or rice
    workout
    same as meal 2
    cottage cheese

    +1 or 2 fruit here or there and some almonds

    On this I barely loose any weight or strength and if I go lower I will loose a lot of muscle (been there, done that)

    So, why caused that crash? I intend to up my calories and carbs for the rest of the week and see what happens... (despite I am pretty sure I will gain 1-2 kgs even if I eat like a normal person)

    On the other hand, I am quiet tired of this shit, anything you took that was potent that helped you shred off the fat and keep the lean mass?

    Too early to even think about steroids . 174cm at 74kg isnt big given the fact that ur 16% bodyfat. Cut with carb cycling or bulk with tons of calories to gain back ur strength.
