I am off my competition (Bodybuilding) cycle. I will not be competing until next year. What's a good SAFE cycle to stay on year round. I still want to stay in shape. Maybe some Test ? how much MG's per week to be safe? I am 52 years old / 230lbs, in great shape. Also what can I take to bring my Test levels back. I was on a 4 month cycle, doing shows ,etc. Should I do Clomid, Nolvadex?
