test e puffy face? sign of estrogen?

i just took my first shot of my 4th week (350 mg/ml test enanthate 2x a week). people have been noticing that my face has been getting puffy. is this a side effect of test? a side effect of estrogen? or something irrelevant?

Yes test e causes a good amount of water retention and aromatization but alot of it is diet dependent as well.. are you running an AI?

no i do have one on hand though. i was told only to take it if i start getting estrogenic effects

I have a few questions that will hopefully alleviate any future issues.

Body fat percentage?
What AI do you have?
What dosage do you plan on taking?
Are you using hcg ?
What is your proposed PCT (compounds and dosages)?

yes bloating is caused by estrogen holding water. start ur AI at lower does and taper up if u need. dun go too high or u'll drop ur estrogen levels too much.

Bloating can be caused by high e2. Bloating can be result from many factors. It's horrible advise to tell someone to take more of a compound when you have no idea the amount they are taking.

I asked those questions in my previous post for a reason. No good advise can be given until those questions are answered.

Please stop giving advise before you hurt someone.

Dave nothing I wrote was targeted at you in any way.

William told OP to take a low AI dose and taper up. It's a bad idea to tell someone to take a low dose when you have no idea what they have or how much they planned on taking. For all we know OP has letro on hand and would crash his e2 with almost any dose.

It's a side-effect of shitty diet. And you will gain water weight from test (and other wet compounds) even with your estrogen being in norm. That's why I hate wet compounds and love trenbolone , I can eat junk food and wake up with a sucked up face.
