You need BA , not BB (prob just a typo). You should technically filter it but if I recall I read somewhere that BA at 1% will kill any bacteria in 7 days so you could prob get away with mixing distilled water and 1%ba in a sealed sterile vial, let it sit for a week to be safe and then use it to reconstitute. You could also use injectable b12 to reconstitute if you happen to have that.

I would filter it and let it sit to be safe. BA will keep bacteria from growing but its not fool proof.
just dont use tap water ( sadly i have see that Q posted before)

yea I cant find any human grade b12 its all for vet use I was thinking of using some filtered GSO
