Ya you got alot of room for natural growth. If your not gaining your diet needs work. Eat big to get big just stay clean as possible. Good luck !!

Here I use this a gage on how much I should be eating. Also use the Harris-Benedict method. It gives athletes a better estimate. BTW to answer ur first question. Just like everyone has stated before u have a ton of room for natural growth. Smart people start using AAS when they have reach a plateau or have reached there natural muscled limits and when to move on to the next level. The best advise I can give u is eat like a horse, train like an animal, sleep like a baby! U will grow. Just trust the process bro.. Good luck on ur journey.
