Making good progress, any advice to improve cycle?

You've already started your cycle so the only thing you could improve is your diet and training. I don't like to add anything to my cycle once I've started it

My pct plan is clomid or nolva about 14 days after my last pin, I'd rather start my pct earlier than later. Any pct advice? I'm still new

Why would you start it earlier? What are you planned dosages?

I was thinking the longer esters would still be in my system at 14 days but I thought it would be more important to start the pct I was going with 150mg of clomid.

If you don't know what an AI and HCG are, and what doses to use you shouldn't have started until you have everything including your AI and HCG from the start of your cycle and know what/how/why they are needed!(which are all laid out in the link I'll provide)...

I would read up a lot more before starting this cycle, you can really mess your body up if you don't use an AI, PCT, etc..
