Thread: My first cycle

    I am thinking of starting my first cycle in a few weeks. Do you guys think this is okay:

    Weeks 1-12: 500mg Test C ew
    Weeks 1-6: 25mg dbol ed
    Then for pct 2 weeks after last test injection:

    40mg nolvadex ed for 2 weeks Then 20mg of nolvadex ed for 1 week Total cycle + pct = 17 weeks

    Stats are 170lbs 6 feet tall, male, 25. Been training for a good 5 years on and off. Been serious for last 3.

    There are quite a few thing wrong with this cycle, first cycle should be test only, needs AI and HCG , Clomid and Nolv for PCT, and PCT should be 4 weeks, read this post, it gives you all you need to know :

    Week 1-6 25mg ed ? What about hcg or an AI while on cycle. Your a little light at 170 lbs at 6ft tall. Also pct seems a bit weak clomid 75/ 50/50/50 nolva 40/20/20/20.

    Where is your AI?
    Where is your Clomid during PCT?

    I read that cycle on a novice cycle page on steroid .com. The dbol will kickstart the gains and then test will take over. I have arimidex if I get any/really bad symptoms. And I've read most people are fine just using nolvadex on a easy cycle

    I was thinking hcg 500iu ew from last few weeks of test up until pct

    typical protocol with HCG is 500iu per week, 250iu every 3.5 days from week 1 through to 4 days before PCT

    What about an AI and the clomid in pct. You can get both from site sponsor in the top right corner. Arr their products good to go. I would add AI while on cycle and the clomid to your pct.

    That pct should be ran for 4 weeks start clomid and nolva a couple weeks after last injection. The hcg will also help you recover quicker from cycle. All these things mentioned above are important to have success. Good luck man!!

    At 170lbs you should be focusing on your diet not AAS. Can you post a pic please so we can see your level of development.

    I might look a tad fluffy in that pic, idk, but i usually have veins popping 24/7 and striations everywhere. I do agree that i may be too light to think about AAS, but I've never been over 175 and my diet is in check. hitting 3500 everyday, 30%p 45%c 25%f. Ive tweaked it multiple times, tried going heavy on workouts, then high reps. Ive only gotten slightly stronger and I've made the decision to try AAS

    Well, if you don't gain in 3500cals then go up to 4000cals. Honestly if you can't gain drug free right now all the water and any LBM you gain on cycle will soon be lost afterwards.

    I remember having to eat 4000cals to gain in my early 20's at about 180lbs. It's a bitch but higher cals is the only way.

    Don't stick to macro's either it's a guaranteed way to piss money down the drain with that much protein.

    1.5g pro per lean lb of body weight
    0.4g fat per lean lb
    Make the remainder up from carbs

    I understand. Its hard to eat for me, too, 3500 is fairly difficult. I will do what i have to do though. Thanks for the advice!

    You have a good base but could be a bit thicker and I'm guessing your legs need work because ht and wt difference. Just remember the food and diet is your best assets.Like B&B said if your not gaining move those calories up and try to keep clean. Good luck!
