With proper training of course, which is better for increasing speed (var/test) and the ups and downs of each? Also, what would be recommended for increased stamina, along with proper training?

what are your stats?
how long have you been training?
20 y/o, 180lbs, very athletic. I know I'm quite young but aside from my age I just am curious as to what the answer is.Originally Posted by marcus300
I know you said that aside from your age, but even if we ignore it to answer your question you should not ignore it as it is your future. Also, I would never take Anavar without testosterone, so Anavar is not the answer, unless you are a woman. Also, test will add water weight along with muscle, therefore I would not suggest testosterone either if your goal is increased speed; unless you were an older guy and had lost your natural test blasting through your system.
when I say regardless of my age I don't mean I'm going to do it regardless. I'm just curious. But what would you recommend for speed if not test?Originally Posted by Oki-Des
Honestly I do not know of a steroid for speed. I know older guys who do not have a lot of natural test can certainly benefit from HRT or cycling steroids. But, for a younger guy I honestly do not think anything can beat the natural test you have in you right now.
Won't EPO be a better option? Correct me if I'm wrong
Crystal meth maybe? Lol
not the kind of speed in looking for lolOriginally Posted by Mountainman360
Well endurance and stamina are what I need to train longer when I sprint. Would you recommend this?Originally Posted by jimmyinkedup
Um op I agree your to young to use AAS but to answer your question why not just Google that question. Lol I can think of one very famous sprinter that lost his gold medal for steroid use. Personally I think there's a better option then what he used. But he won gold so it didn't seem to hurt him. I truly hope you don't turn to steroid use to win a track meet at 20 years old. Unless your one of the top 10 sprinters in the world. Even then your looking to destroy a possible career.
Steroids aren't the answer for you at your st6age and level, look into pre workouts and natural stims to help your give your endurance and stamina a boost
When I ran track in high school I used beta alanine to buffer H+ and help push through muscle fatigue.
