How big should my second cycle be?
3 years back I did a 600mg/week Test e cycle for 12 weeks. My lifts all blew up in a matter of weeks. Bench jumped 100lb, my squat jumped 150lb. I didn't really get any sides (except ball shrinkage obviously). Since then I haven't touched AAS. I haven't been lifting much these past few years; I just got back into it hardout a month ago, but my bench is 315, squat 405, dead 500. My bodyweight is 185lb.
I want to do a long cycle this time and get ****in huge.
What would be the ideal step up in dose for my next cycle?
I'm thinking 800mg test and 200mg deca right now, when I land in Thailand in 2 months time.Last edited by gerardio; 07-14-2015 at 12:53 AM.

NO test only with HCG and a good AI for your second cycle. You need to do some reading on this site.

Why no deca ? What if I reduce the test dose? I want the deca for its joint sparing effects. I'm aware of progresterone induced gyno, but I doubt it'll be an issue at 200mg.

You just got back into it you don't need to cycle. Use this time to regain some of your natural strength and get your body use to training again

Op I use to use alot higher doses then necessary and to many compounds at once. About 2 and a half to 3 years ago I took a little over 2 years off AAS use except my Dr prescribed trt dose. When I did cycle again I used only 400mg test c and 4iu hgh, hch, ai. And I got bigger then I've ever been. I honestly think you should come back at 500-600mg test and that's it. The 3 yrs you took off will make alot of difference. Also I know you won't want to hear this either but I think yous should go a minimum of 6 months possible 12 of hard lifting and good clean food before you even start the cycle. Take advantage of your time off to make some natural gains and also to lean up as much as possible before your cycle. If you do you won't be sorry!!

If your first one worked well, why fix something that isn't broke? You'll benefit from training cardio diet - then after you've got back into your routine - simple test only hCG AI will serve you well!
What's your diet like?

Not much lifting for years then, after one month, your bench is 315, squat 405, DL 500 at 185 lbs? That's impressive.
