3 years back I did a 600mg/week Test e cycle for 12 weeks. My lifts all blew up in a matter of weeks. Bench jumped 100lb, my squat jumped 150lb. I didn't really get any sides (except ball shrinkage obviously). Since then I haven't touched AAS. I haven't been lifting much these past few years; I just got back into it hardout a month ago, but my bench is 315, squat 405, dead 500. My bodyweight is 185lb.
I want to do a long cycle this time and get ****in huge.
What would be the ideal step up in dose for my next cycle?
I'm thinking 800mg test and 200mg deca right now, when I land in Thailand in 2 months time.
