    Spot injections

    Seriusly why is it called spot injections just cause you hit the delts or calves? What is a quad or glute injection if not a spot injection?

    Why not start calling them for what they are, delt injection or calve injetion etc.

    I dont know why their called spot injections, but i do know last night i took my 4th and 5th shot in my delt and calf(all others were in the quad), and loved it. It was like taking the plunge all over again with the sweaty palms, and shaking hands....It was great!!!!
