While on cycle how important is it to be take your shot consistently. I fly a lot for work so home 10 days work for 20. When i go home i cant bring it with me so will missing a shot on my days off mess up the cycle ?

You shouldn't cycle if you can't do it right. 10 days between shots is too long.
