    Okay, so I've been reading the threads but I would like some more direct answers tailored to myself individually on exactly how to run my first cycle.

    A little background on me, I'm 23 and I've never done anything to date that being any pro's or test boosters. I have been lifting consistently I'd say since around 18(started around 16) and my current stats are 5'11" 205lbs (32 waist, so I'm not out of shape), 545 deadlift, 405 squat, 335 bench(1 Rep Max). Diet wise currently I only eat around 2600 calories a day and I do go out on the weekends. But I have and I can hold a strict diet when needed. I work a steady job 7:30 to 4:30 and workout at 5 everyday so my schedule is consistent.

    Questions:

    Diet wise about how many calories do you guys consume on average I want to gain fairly lean even if that inhibits my results slightly? Is that dependent on the type of steroid? What type of mix do you do? %40p/%40c/%20f, or more fat?

    I was planning on running the Sus for 12 weeks at 500mg split every monday and thursday for the first 8 weeks and possibly going up to 750mg for weeks 9-12 if everything is going well done MWF. Or should I run something else with it those last 4 weeks? I don't want to go overboard being this is my first cycle and I would like to keep the sides low as well.

    As far as PCT I was going to run the Nolva at 40/40/20/10 3 weeks after my last injection. Do I need Clomid as well? Is hCG and Arimidex absolutely crucial?

    And lastly, what are the average results for a cycle like this if everything goes as planned?

    You're still kind of young to be using AAS I think that you should wait at least two more years. Spend that time really focusing on dieting.

    Even if you were older the types of diet and cycle questions you're asking make me uneasy. They are fairly novice questions that are easily answered by spending a few hours reading the sticky threads in the diet and Q&A forums.

    Changing dosages mid cycle is not a good idea. First cycles should be test only. Blood work should be done pre, mid and post cycle. That PCT is week. Both nolva and clomid are needed for PCT. Hcg and dex are absolutely crucial.

    The results can be both positive and negative. If you eat right and train hard you will gain mass along with strength. However, at your age there are potential long term side effects resulting from shutting your HPTA down before it's finished fully developing.

    What is your body fat percentage?

    I looked into cycling first at 20 when A friend did a cycle but after reading was turned away and decided to wait and at the time the general consensus I was gathering was 23 would be a lot more ideal. I haven't done anything at this point so I'm still trying to learn as far as the cycle goes and I understand how to eat I just didn't know if one way was more beneficial than the next when it came to a cycle. He did nolva only which is why I had that, but I have asked for the hCG, clomid, and adex as well. My body fat is at 15% currently and I had a blood test and bod pod appointment set up for a week before I planned to start so I could base my macros on my exact lean body mass.

    I have to say it again I think you should wait a few more years just to be safe. Steroids have an almost indefinite shelf life if stored in a dark place.

    Your diet question is tricky because everyone reacts differently and I have no idea how your body will respond. As an example I get bloated/gassy from a 40/40/20 split. My body responds much better to 40/30/30 or 40/20/40 macros. You have to find out what works best for you through trial and error.

    Give the attached thread below a good read and then repost your cycle in detail based on that advice.
