Okay, so I've been reading the threads but I would like some more direct answers tailored to myself individually on exactly how to run my first cycle.
A little background on me, I'm 23 and I've never done anything to date that being any pro's or test boosters. I have been lifting consistently I'd say since around 18(started around 16) and my current stats are 5'11" 205lbs (32 waist, so I'm not out of shape), 545 deadlift, 405 squat, 335 bench(1 Rep Max). Diet wise currently I only eat around 2600 calories a day and I do go out on the weekends. But I have and I can hold a strict diet when needed. I work a steady job 7:30 to 4:30 and workout at 5 everyday so my schedule is consistent.
Questions:
Diet wise about how many calories do you guys consume on average I want to gain fairly lean even if that inhibits my results slightly? Is that dependent on the type of steroid? What type of mix do you do? %40p/%40c/%20f, or more fat?
I was planning on running the Sus for 12 weeks at 500mg split every monday and thursday for the first 8 weeks and possibly going up to 750mg for weeks 9-12 if everything is going well done MWF. Or should I run something else with it those last 4 weeks? I don't want to go overboard being this is my first cycle and I would like to keep the sides low as well.
As far as PCT I was going to run the Nolva at 40/40/20/10 3 weeks after my last injection. Do I need Clomid as well? Is hCG and Arimidex absolutely crucial?
And lastly, what are the average results for a cycle like this if everything goes as planned?
