    Cutting at the end of a test-e bulking cycle. OPINIONS AND EXPERIENCES PLEASE

    I've done a lot of research and the general consensus is it's not advised, however I've also come across a lot of people that have done it successfully.

    I'm currently at the end of week 3 of a test-e cycle. I'm bulking. I don't want to keep cycling over and over.. I'd like to cut after this one and enjoy my body for a while, therefore I am considering cutting at the end.

    My idea is to bulk until week 10, then cut until week 14. Then, during and after PCT I'll eat maintenance calories.

    I don't want to come off and cut naturally and lose my gains.. I figure cutting at the end while still on 750mg test a week I SHOULD theoretically be able to hold onto gained muscle and shred a bit of fat.. no?

    I would add clen into the mix for the 4 weeks of cutting.

    Any comments and experiences welcomed.

    A cycle should have one goal don't complicate things. You will loose gains anyway once you start cutting. your calories Dictate what your doing. Unless your competing you should cut down to a bf that your happy with then just clean bulk till the day you die.

    750mg is overkill for a first cycle. Or even a 2nd and maybe a third.

    Agree with the Aussie cvnt above, pick one or the other.

    This is number 3. I just don't want to have to cycle to cut.. and when I cut naturally I lose muscle being an extreme ectomorph and I'd rather not have that happen.. I've worked fukn hard for this muscle!

    You can cut naturally without losing much muscle man...And 500mg is more than enough to spare muscle while cutting especially if your lbm is nowhere near that of a bodybuilder...But i'd say wait at LEAST a month after PCT to even start thinking about cutting so you can maintain the muscle you got and solidify it by eating and lifting the same amount of you did during cycle AFTER your cycle..

    In April you said you had done one PH cycle. So what other real cycles have you ran?

    1 PH cycle, 2 other test-e cycles but the test-e cycles were years ago now.. injured myself then travelled for a year so had a bit of time off, got back into training and now want a little boost.

    I'm at 225lbs and 14% bf (approx) atm.. I don't want to be so big that I need gear to maintain ie go past my genetic potential.. just a little help to get there quicker. My ultimate goal is this guy.. maybe a LITTLE bit more mass..



    What bf % would you say he's sitting at? 9-10?

    I think if I cut i could look pretty close.. that's why I'm tossing up between bulk or cut..

    NEW IDEA into the mix.. I'm only JUST in week 4.. what about a recomp for the rest of the cycle? 10 weeks eating around maintenance? Any opinions?
