Test Cyp 1 st cycle
This is my 1st is post I've been a long time lurker.
Stats:
Age 33
Height 5' 7"
Weight 200
B.F. Around 15 %
Im on my 8th week of my 1st cycle of Test Cyp. I'm doing 250 mg every 3.5 days
Hcg since the beginning of the cycle 250 iu every 3.5 days.
25mg of aromasin everyday
Also Hcgenerate on cycle as well.
My strength has went up a little ,I have good pumps in the gym. I've gained maybe 7 lbs so far. I know everyone's different but was wondering if anybody had similar experiences on their 1st cycle. I was expecting more gains this far in. My diet is good and I workout like a beast. I'm using Genotec labs for my test and AI.

Drop the Hcgenerate its as useless as a unloaded gun. Is this a 12 week cycle? How many calories you eating a day over your maintenance?

5'7", 200 lbs, probably true. But the "around 15% bf" sounds sketchy to me. Post some pics.

Something else should be mentioned this is my first cycle. However, I have done mild pro hormone cycles in the past Halodrol. I did a liganddrol and Ostarine Sarm cycle as well. A couple of months before starting my Test Cycle.

Everybody reacts differently and there's too many factors to ever predict results from one person to another. Everybody says they train like a beast and have a great diet. Not saying you don't....just that what you think you're doing may not be as good as you think. Assuming your gear is legit, which only blood work can tell, then the only real answer is to look to your diet and training. Also, based on your stats and the assumption you came into this with many years of natural training, you may not see huge first time gains as compared to someone who was less developed pre-cycle. Honestly, gaining 7lbs at you're height is pretty substantial so maybe you're not doing as bad as you think.
