    My timing predicament

OK, I'll try to keep it to the Reader's Digest version here. 46, 5-9, usually keep myself at 165-170 @ 12-13%, been lifting since I was 14, good with diet and lifting, been debating/planning my first cycle for last 2 years, learning on here.
I had to have my tricep re-attached end of May; so I'm about 8 weeks out now and much atrophied down to 154 or so at about 12%. I hope to be 100% ready and back to the gym by December. Because of my work and family, Jan, Feb and March are the months I can really focus on the gym/my lifting/ diet etc...
Here's the problem, I know I'm going to be much smaller and weaker than I usually am due to the surgery. I want to cycle Test E only starting in Jan. Do you see any issue with this or should I wait until I'm at my usual bodyweight before starting the cycle? I kind of want to use my first cycle as a recovery from my atrophy, even though I know that's not what it's for. But if I wait, I probably will not be able to cycle until Jan of 2017 (due to my work schedule).
Is there a real issue with starting a Test cycle at around 150 lbs? I mean it's meant to help us grow right??

IMO I wouldnt cycle to get back to the weight I was naturally. U have waited to the age 46 so why not wait to be back to full health. This would be my prediction if you decided to cycle. And you would start your test E cycle then start to feel much stronger like everybody else does when they're cycling and push more weight then you should be. Then hurt yourself again and be out of the game for a while. Just get yourself back to working condition add a couple of your natural LB's back on then at that point make your decision to cycle or not. Put it this way you would not be asking this question if you didn't feel uncomfortable. Go with your gut feeling.

Dammit. I know you're right; thanks. I just have such a hard time gaining size and every year it's harder and harder. I just wanted some help with it this time around but I think it's best to wait until I'm closer to my regular weight and strength.
