AI+hcg do or not?

hello. new to cycles , I'm going just do the test on a first cycle, don't want to run 2 much on the first cycle make sure all goes well first., thing is I've been told this cycle should be ok by some and more say have to run an AI ,right through cycle and hcg and pct of 2 roids. now question if being told stick to just test incase some it goes wrong you know what the problem is, but to be safe I'm being told run 2 more roids with the cycle as well,contridcting whats being said on keep to 1. , what reviews from users. stupid thing is I already know the answer but trying to cheat problems I guess

I'm 5,11 185 lb .probably around the 13-16% bf will get it checked later at gym.
Going running test e for 10 weeks at 500 mg week and Nolvadex as pct the plan thats posted on this site. Will have arimidex at hand and probably going get some clomid 2.was going run dbal with it but said I'd listen to people here.1 is enough for first cycle.

Age? Yes you should run an AI during. You're just guessing the dosage though, if you don't get blood work.

32. Ya was going with the .25 of an ai. But guessing at that I guess. and reading more on the hcg I think ya it should be incorporated in all cycles of test

Take your adex to start at .25mg eod or e3d. To be more accurate you need bw at about 6 weeks to see where your E2 is at. As far as the hcg......normal dosage is 250iu twice a week while taking the test. It's insurance that the testicles will continue to work and make recovery easier. Hcg can affect you E2 readings also.
