    I'm confused...

Is it possible to cycle a few times, gain a nice physique, nothing too fancy. Let's say 80kg 10% bf while being 174 cms tall and just keep working out and dieting without steroids and keeping that nice physique that is obviously not the maximum potential of the body. Or you must cycle at least once every year to hold on to gains? A lot of guys told me that if you cycle once, you will gain a lot and loose 30-40% shortly after but even with full PCT and workout and diet you will keep loosing your gains slowly and in a few months you will be right back where you started, is it true? I can't believe it's true because I have seen someone cycling at just 17-18 and he is huge now and he does not use steroids anymore. I don't say he is a good example but he kept his gains for almost 1 year now and his cycle was stupid and PCT was a mess... (tamoxifen and cheap tribulus, lol) So, what do you think?

Yes you could. You will lose a small % water weight though but not that much if you have had a nice lean clean cycle.

Yes you can, diet would have to be strict and dialled in all the time mind u, but very achievable with dedication, and if u have the right genetics you could easily surpass 80kg naturally
