pinning ?

So this morning I was pinning my 2nd weekly enanthate injection, and after I fully plunged the 1 ml into my quad, I held the needle in my leg for an additional thirty seconds as suggested by a vet like I usually do, and when I pulled the needle out I started to get some blood coming out. I usually don't get any so I didn't have a cotton ball or anything prepared, and by the time I got to something I had blood half way down my leg. I'm concerned that I lost a big chunk of the gear I injected. Should I be concerned?

no it happens from time to time, his vain on way in. maybe a couple dropps came out, but it will most likely than not be all blood since they are more on outer side of muscle AND the vains near skin . I would not stress on it at all. happens .

Ok. That's relieving. What is the average size pin one would use for the quads? I've been using a 1 inch pin. Now, I tend to be a bit more ecto than meso, and my legs are genetically underdeveloped. Do you think I'm hitting muscle? I know that may be hard to answer. I guess I just worry now that if I did hit the muscle then maybe I did lose some.

You may have knicked a vein. I cant do quad injects personally. I'm either knicking a vein or a nerve.
