My first cycle was 400/week, yea its true the most common and basic cycle is 500 per week, but sometimes you dont need that much. and I seriously loved it.
You want to build muscle, keep lifting weights and put the crossfit to the side for a while, with the "support" of T400 weekly youll see results if everything is good as well as far as your workouts and nutrition. I say support because its not magic and youll have to put in the work but trust me it HELPS!
