    T400 for first cycle

    I've been doing crossfit for 3 years and been consistently weightlifting (4-5 days a week) since November 2014. Crossfitting left me with great endurance and base strength but i hit a plateau and that's when i started weightlifting. I have seen good increases in strength with weightlifting and I'm ready to try a cycle.

    i have purchased VPT Test 400 (victoria pharm-tec)


    and have nolvadex for PCT

    I planned on doing a 100cc Monday and Thursday for 10 Weeks (200 a week total as i was advised the full 400 might be overkill).

    Anything you could advise or add to help would be appreciated. Bottom line I'm just looking to increase my muscle mass and add to my base strength (squatting, pressing, pulling). Currently i cook my weekly meals aiming for 3500 cal/day, weightlift 5 times a week and do short intense met-cons about 3x a week.

    You aren't 12% my friend, above 15% I'd say.

    Muscle mass is limited too I think you should concentrate on your training and lift like a bber for the next 6 months and look to gain some lean tissue.

    We have a great diet section you should head on over too.

    200mg is too weak for a cycle. Not sure who told you that it would be overkill as most start at 500mg/week.

    Check out our diet section... Great info there!

    IMO one can always improve on diet(that's the magic - not the juice) - now w/a great training program and a great diet - it'll do wonders - however if you can't eat to grow off cycle you won't grow on cycle - or keep your gains thereafter

    Okay thanks for the diet information, didn't realize that steroid.com was also a nutritional advising site. now can someone talk about T 400 with me? is it a good first As? is 200 twice a week too low of a dose? is any other PCT or on cycle support required? Is there basis towards the common statements that this is a severely painful type to inject?

    thanks I'll check out the diet section, but to be blunt I didn't post on this page for nutritional information. Can anyone talk to me about T400 ? Is 100-150 twice a week too low of a dose? Is there any other on cycle support or PCT that I need to add? Is there any truth to the common complaint of PIP being severe with T 400? I just want to do a low dose 10week cycle for the first with one anabolic.

    Doing a low dose would be pointless. Once you do that first shot. Your shutting down your natural testosterone. If your doing a low dose. That would be about the same as TRT. Just to bring you back to the normal range. That's why 500mgs is a normal first cycle

    You said you hit a plateau while cross fitting.

    Now you're introduced to a whole new world of gains. Weight lifting my friend.

    There are so many types of workouts I did to overcome the many plateaus I hit

    First I was doing the traditional chest and tri, back and bi ect... Then I switched to german volume training. Then I switched to working out chest,bi, front delts.....back,tri,rear delts....legs. repeat for 6 days. day 7 off.

    Now im doing the arnold superset workout. New gains evry 5 months

    Train hard and heavy for at least a year, grow some lean muscle and then decide if you want to start a cycle.

    Sell that gear and buy some chicken and rice.

    Correct me if im wrong, but isnt mens muscle memory its strongest when you're in your 30s

    Daniel, T400, is a great dose on its own 400/weekly half cc 200 each shot should work pretty good for someone new,.

    My first cycle was 400/week, yea its true the most common and basic cycle is 500 per week, but sometimes you dont need that much. and I seriously loved it.

    You want to build muscle, keep lifting weights and put the crossfit to the side for a while, with the "support" of T400 weekly youll see results if everything is good as well as far as your workouts and nutrition. I say support because its not magic and youll have to put in the work but trust me it HELPS!

    good luck bro if i can help you with anything else ill try..while nolva alone should be fine for the pct consider adding clomid and look into n AI

    AI should be run from the start throughout cycle then dropping it b4 pct...

    Pct is clomid and nolva for optimal recovery(w/HCG on cycle stopping 3 days prior to pct)...

    Your T400 is fine - you can do 400wkly or 1 more little line(=40mgs) in two shots wkly - giving you 480mgs wkly... This is up to you to decide - but 200 is far to low for a first cycle... GL

    I would agree you are wasting your time with 200. You do understand you are shutting your natty down? You also understand even with proper PCT there is no guarantee your levels will return to baseline when done?
    It's a risk we all take or have unknowingly have taken, just hope you are educated here. GL
