Current cutting until holiday then looking to be in a surplus which is when I'm looking to start my cycle
Bench press -135kg 3 reps
Squat - 170kg 2 reps
Dead lift - 240kg 1 rep
They Are my best lifts
Test E 500mg only cycle
250mg twice a week 1-12 weeks
Monday & Thursday
.25mg EOD 1-14weeks
Will get bloods to see how my levels are mid cycle
Also getting bloods pre and post cycle
HCG 250iu twice a week sub q pinned just with insulin pin weeks 1-12
Pct two weeks after cycle
I was thinking either
Clomid 75/50/50/50
Nolva 40/20/20/20
If clomid 50,50,50,50
Nolva 20/20/20/20
