    When to cut after bulking cycle?

    Sup guys, im closing out my first test-e only bulking cycle (500mg/wk) in the next couple weeks, and I was wondering when should I start cutting? I've started a natural bulk back in december, and then started my cycle in June. Gained 40lb so far, but since it wasn't the cleanest diet i have decent amount of fat and bloat, really looking forward to getting lean again. I think im close to 20% bf at this point, carrying the extra weight around sucks!

    One of the biggest mistakes most people do is a cut right after a bulking cycle. Run ur pct and let ur body get back its natural test levels. If u start to cut before that u will be eating away at ALL ur new found gains. So my answer to ur question is to wait at least 4 weeks after pct (if u can get blood work 4-6weeks after ur pct which will be even better)

    The key to keeping ur gains IMO

    Continue eating the same amount of calories as ur are right now on cycle

    Keep ur workouts intense. I try not to go over 60mins because then u start to raise ur cortisol levels which in true will start eating muscle. Also ur growth hormone levels plummet after about an hour after training

    Battle the new body fat with low intensity 30+mins right after a workout.

    Remember you can still continue to gain muscle on a pct. I do it all the time. So keep everything the same until ur fully recovered

    Sh*t if I was u I won't worry about cutting the summer is nearly over. I would for sure start cardio. 30+mins a day. And try not it eat to much sh*t

    This is exactly my main concern, keeping the hard earned gains. Any idea how long after the last pin do test levels stay high before crashing? Im assuming you can only put on more gains during that window period before test levels drop hard.

    And you're right abt the summer bit, im not looking to go down to 8% and become shredded just yet, beach season is over. But I want to get down to a managable level of 12-15% before i bulk up again in winter. I really want to be able to put on a tight fitting shirt and not have my stomach bulge out lol, it doesnt look so great, and i havent been able to do that all year so far.

    If your at your maximum desired size then go for a cut

    If your not at your maximum desired size id continue bulking bulk bulk bulk until your at your goal then cut.

    If its the fat gain thats the reason you want to cut just improve our diet and cardio while bulking
