so i had this problem since like feb went from mild to pretty bad to i thought it healed but then last leg day it flared up . literally got depressed coz i thought it finally went away. i also got my foot insoles 3 months ago as i have a flat feet and thats what caused my tracking problem in the first place. im 23 yrs old. anyone have any good excercises? i also do the hip abductor machine to train my hip muscles but i cant think of anything else to help. i also foam roll. doctor also says strenghted ur quads but my lifts are strong in my legs idk why. my form is also good my training partner always keeps an eye
