I didn't say he was at his genetic peak. The way I understood is that OP considers himself a hard gainer. Progress slows down after first year of working out in my experience. I consider myself a hard gainer. People that are not continue to see same progress for long time which is lucky for them.

Eat more, train harder and update us in year.

I've been in your shoes man. It took me a year and a half to go from 6'1" 147lbs "Skinny fat" to 178lbs. It's a pain in the dick but honestly it took admitting that I wasn't tracking my diet very well. Calculate the cals and macros you need then get an app on your phone like Myfitness pal (the s health app that samsung preloads does it too) and punch them in there. Makes tracking your intake easy as hell and will even show you what your macro percentages are through the day. Best part is you don't even have to input the nutritional values for most stuff.. just scan the barcode or type in the name and search. Makes life simpler so you can focus on more important stuff.

Not trying to single you out, but I thought the same about myself, but now I think the term should die. Just don't think there is such a thing.

Perspective. I lifted for 7 years prior to my first cycle. 5'7, 170. I could already dead lift 405, squat 325 and bench 235. Not incredible, but it took a long time to get there.

12-week cycle of Test C, 600 mg/week, ended at 189, dead lift at 455, squat at 370 and bench at 255.

I'm comfortably now around 185 (after a few years of cycling) and have maintained that strength.

However, we're talking a net gain of 15 lbs over about 3 years. But that's also a base of 15 lbs that make me stronger and able to build even more and more going forward.

Think of it like a foundation on a house. Your foundation started literally from the ground at 108, got to 135, and can get much higher. Don't be in a rush, because rushing it makes it less permanent. The guys you see blowing up who are built with frames like yours are one bad injury, lifestyle interruption or distraction from losing everything.
