I am on TRT currently and listed my daily intake and numbers in previous posts. I have been watching and measuring myself monthly over the past year and have had pretty stable numbers for about 8 months. Now knowing what I need on a daily regiment, what can I/should I do to run a cycle?
My TRT is actually a Clomid/Arimidex program and not TEST. I have secondary hypogonadism (an empty sella configuration) which means I can produce all the Test I need naturally, my pituitary gland just does not produce the right signals to do so and naturally produce a small amount of T.
This would be my first time. I am in my 30's, eat very well, 5'8", 15-18% body fat and 185lbs (i used to be 155 and lean in my early 20's so it has been a slow progression) and have been a gym goer for decades at this point but training hard for dynamic movements for olympic lifting for the past 4 years straight, 4-5 days a week.
I have seen my strength plateau over time and want to take it to the next level.
What suggestions would you guys have? My main goal being strength, 2nd being aesthetics, and size is a concern not to shift weight classes drastically or anything like that. Something clean and simple perhaps?
I was thinking of a Test only run but I am curious about how it should be managed from the perspective of someone that is on TRT.
eg. Should I spend a month and cycle off TRT then, Test only cycle for X number of weeks, then PCT + TRT ?
I have seen lots of flip/flop discussion on an anavar and test cycle. From what I read, anavar is more widely used in this sport, gains are smaller but be being less drastic and accelerating growth is the goal right now.
