    First cycle suggestions

    I am on TRT currently and listed my daily intake and numbers in previous posts. I have been watching and measuring myself monthly over the past year and have had pretty stable numbers for about 8 months. Now knowing what I need on a daily regiment, what can I/should I do to run a cycle?

    My TRT is actually a Clomid/Arimidex program and not TEST. I have secondary hypogonadism (an empty sella configuration) which means I can produce all the Test I need naturally, my pituitary gland just does not produce the right signals to do so and naturally produce a small amount of T.

    This would be my first time. I am in my 30's, eat very well, 5'8", 15-18% body fat and 185lbs (i used to be 155 and lean in my early 20's so it has been a slow progression) and have been a gym goer for decades at this point but training hard for dynamic movements for olympic lifting for the past 4 years straight, 4-5 days a week.

    I have seen my strength plateau over time and want to take it to the next level.

    What suggestions would you guys have? My main goal being strength, 2nd being aesthetics, and size is a concern not to shift weight classes drastically or anything like that. Something clean and simple perhaps?

    I was thinking of a Test only run but I am curious about how it should be managed from the perspective of someone that is on TRT.
    eg. Should I spend a month and cycle off TRT then, Test only cycle for X number of weeks, then PCT + TRT ?

    I have seen lots of flip/flop discussion on an anavar and test cycle. From what I read, anavar is more widely used in this sport, gains are smaller but be being less drastic and accelerating growth is the goal right now.

    -- Also, I have read the first time cycle thread, as well as countless steroid profiles on the site, so mainly looking for opinions.

    What is wrong with 500mg of test E for 12 weeks?

    Nothing wrong with it as it is, what has been described in the first cycle section from Austinite, my go to at the moment. I think the main point I want to get across is that I have time, so what I am looking for is something low level and consistent. Preferably in 8 week bursts. The main idea is consistent growth and not to explode or make it obvious.

    Maybe a 5 week blast of test prop might be better idea or a lower dose than 500mg of test E

    Is 5 weeks optimal to cycle in and cycle out 3-4 times a year?

    5 weeks prop + PCT could be done 3 times a year

    do you see your dr. often to check on how your trt program is working like blood work?...if so I wouldent mess with it your dr. will surly figure it out...

    Every 3 months, next check up is in 2 weeks, and we have already discussed moving to 6 month checkups. Fair point though, how much time do you think I should span between checkups and cycles? 4 weeks after PCT?

    Prop would be 150mg EOD

    Prop every other day at 125 mg gives you 24 pins in 47 days, about 450 mg/wk and given the concentration your getting about a total of 370 mg Prop. You can start PCT on day 51, run it for 27 days and you have an exact 11-week Prop cycle.

    Made it easy because of needing only 3 vials.
