    Pin Problems

This is my second cycle and im having a few problems.

Im about 5 weeks into a cycle, injecting twice a week, alternating glutes. On my first ever cycle last year, I had no issues with injections.

Since ive started this cycle ive noticed a bit more pain at the injection sites (nothing major, but more than before) and a bit of an internal lump if that makes sense - maybe bruising or whatever.

Today ive gone to pin and, doing my normal procedure, I pulled out first to check i wasnt in a vein. Ive hit blood FOUR TIMES. Now my assumption is that its something to do with the internal bruising and not the fact that i am hitting a vein. Ive given up and cant do todays pin as i feel i need to give my glutes a rest.

What the hell is going on? Is it rubbish gear? I never had this problem before... admittedly this gear is cheaper, but i didnt expect to get problems like this.

    Anyone else experienced this?

hey jedi, sounds like to me your gear isnt up to par. You mayalso want to incorporate more body parts for the injection process. You may have some scar tissue build up, which will cause some of the syptoms you have described. Try rotating your shoulders into the mix along with your glutes.

When you say you "pulled out," what do you mean? You pulled the needle out or you pulled the plunger back?

At the risk of over-sharing, I was a junkie for many years (many years ago) and the probability of accidentally hitting a vein, in your ass, with a 1-1.5" needle EVEN ONCE is very low -- four times in a row is nearly impossible.

So when you pulled the needle out there was blood on your skin, or when you pulled the plunger back there was blood in the syringe?

I agree it sounds like you need to rotate between more sites(as mentioned) if not you'll likely keep ending up w/blood coming out as your over using the site(a good way to get scar tissue)... Do you hear a crunching sound as your putting the needle in??

Try quads(some like some hate it - place the base of your palm on hip bone and where your middle finger ends(about 7-8" down where your pocket would be) is a good spot) - delts are easy(little room for error) - tris - pecs - etc

Not tryna steal ur thread but same thing with me , everytime i inject test+deca (1.8ml) in my glutes 23g 1,5" i get a hard semi painfull lump , not red not hot. Before i was only doing glutes 2x week. Did that for about almost a month then started quads. Sucks i been rotating with quads and my quads only get little sore for about a day or 2 , doesnt even get swollen , but my glutes suck!

It sounds like technique... Are you doing 60s per ml?? I have found this or longer and it's so much better - are you moving the syringe around once it's buried(one doesn't have to have nicked a vein going in but can still happen after you aspirate )... It's happened to me b4 when hands weren't steady) it could also just be the BA content if everything else is on point(but what's the concentration of your gear)??

What's your test in mg/ml & Deca mg/ml?? If you didn't know what 1.8ml is in X amount of Mgs than tou wouldn't know your dose...

Yeah I'd suggest sitting down w/your legs hanging so they're relaxed - this will help you not try and keep your weight to one side while standing(im a stander but kinda sit/lean while leg hangs etc...

Tbh - it's better if you sat down - gives you two hands while your leg doesn't tighten when moving... Give it try...

I was referring to quads... I don't think it would make your leg tight at all if your legs are hanging over say your bed... Or you can try laying on side... If your talking about glutes - I always do them standing and put all my weight on the other leg... Idk I've not had to lay down - try it out... I can't comment on that tho - how bad is the pain?
