Ok peeps - I have always pnd in my quad but was thinking trying the glute. I haven't read one or the other is better.. Your thoughts?

You stated you pin in your quad, not quads. You should be alternating injection sites. There is no benefit of injecting in the glutes over the quads. For some people its hard to inject in the glutes unless they have someone else injecting them so its personal preference. Some people do delts, calves, and so on so itss what your comfortable with. If you do the glutes I would use a 1.5" needle, I use a 1" for the thighs.

It really makes no difference but make sure you are rotating the area of the quad and each muscle you pin. Quads are my favorite cause they are the easiest to pin yourself and aspirate
