20MG is what some docs prescribe fro ED but many get by on much lower dosages.

I can manage on six. It's a vasodilator so be careful about your BP. Too much at once and you can get a headache, lightheaded, dizzy, and even syncope. I personally can't handle 20 without sides so I stick to 5-10. I'd start with a lower dose and taper up until you find what gets the job done.

I use it ed... 5-10mgs - but I've found that around 10mgs+ I get low back/glute pain - and when your working out/or even if I go for a long walk/jog it feels like my low back is Aching like mad(note I have more of an arch in my lower lumbar as well)

I'm in agreement w/Ranger on this as going above 10mgs isn't necessary imo(too many sides for me)..

Why the ED? Is your E2 and prolactin in range?

The lower back pain is more a muscle thing than an organ thing for me.
Kinda like a lower back pump.

What DLD said ^^ - it's around that area, yes, but it's very much like a back pump for me as well - sometimes it's fvkin debilitating

some days are worse than others(ive noticed that my low back gets it the worst)... How bout you Sfla?

I can get it going but hard to keep. Had to tell her I was juicing (she already assumed) to justify why I can't keep it going lol. Didn't want her to think it was her fault. Luckily she was very cool about it.

6mg ED here. No issues or sides. Just make sure you get bloodwork done after your pct. Cialis is only going to do so much with low levels of test or high/low e2.

Cialis should save the day with you and your new girl. Make sure you mix it up good...the drug settles at the bottom. I have personally never had any of the issues from it others are talking about. 20mg is fine for me. I've taken 30mg just to see and still no problems may have worked even better but not really a need to go that high.
