Posted something similar before but im little worried again. Im on week 7 of test e 500mg wk(14 weeks) deca 400mg wk(12 weeks). Adex .25 ed 500iu hcg wk Prami on hand.Btw its liquid adex from arr. What are main sighns of low e2 from to much adex? Im nt gyno prone , i barely had 1 zit when i was a teen. Im starting to get some joint pain all over, knees , shoulders. Im worried that im taking more adex then i need. I got no gyno, libido is very high, just little bit of back acne. Bloat is very little moslty on my face which i know its impossible to be 100% clear of bloat while on deca. Diet is clean and on check, very very low sodium, all clean food only using ms dash Chx, ground beef (93%) , tilapia, rice and sweet potatos , eggs oatmeal. Thats only foods that i eat everyday 6-7 times a day , low key bulk. So anyways u guys think i should drop the adex to maybe .25 eod or .5 e3d or something? Thanks!

Low E, I feel like I have a constant headache and seem to be stiff and achy. Of course there's lethargy, but even stimulants and tons of sleep can't get me going. It's almost like your body is completely preventing you from attempting any sort of "building" activities.
The good news is, the effects can be fixed rather quickly when on cycle. The high E sides take a bit longer to come about and are harder to manage. Need the BW.

Achy joints sounds like you could be headed to the low e realm. Headaches could be another sign. If it really is low at some point you may say goodbye to your libido or erection function for a while. Yep, low E2 = bad
