Finished 400mg test cyp blast july 30 and stopped t3 Aug 4th. I've gained 9lbs since

I ended my cut July 31st and at 218lbs. Since then I've ballooned up to 227 and lost a half inch in my waist going from 33.5 to 33, how is this even possible? I've read that the t3 stays in your system 2 weeks after you finish using it and I've also read that it has a half life of 10hours to 2.5 days. Does any of this explain my weight gain?

It is common when when stops a cut to put back on some of the weight lost.
It will be a mixture of fat, water, and muscle.

It is common for one's muscle to plump up due to increased calories.
As far as his waist getting .5 inches smaller... That is easily either a mismeasurement or he could've had a good bowel movement. Seriously, try measuring your waist and see if you get the same measurement every time.

Not saying that it is still active and working, but I believe it shot you over a plateau and enabled you to continue making progress even after the cycle ended.

i don't pct. I am on TRT (36y.o.) and this was my first cycle ever. I'll measure again Thursday morning. It would sweet if it wasnt a miss measurement

How large of a deficit were you in? Very easy to put 9 back on after a huge deficit. I put 18 lbs on once without over eating. To be honest the waist is somewhat of a mystery, you could have continued losing some body fat if you were bringing calories back slowly. But usually your waist will increase in size just from the water weight (lean weight) added around your midsection.

I started at 253 and my diet was about 2600 calories daily with the exception of cheat meals. I have a very sedentary job which is why my nutritionist started me that low
